CUB SCOUT SUMMER CAMPS When a boy and his family join Cub Scouting, they're joining an organization that values the fun and excitement of the outdoor experience. Our goal is that 1/3rd of a scout's program will be dedicated to positive outdoor experience. Scout Camp can help Cub Scouts and their families reach this goal. For four dates this summer, Camp Carpenter will provide a camping experience a scout and a parent or guardian. Meals will be provided. During camping, Scouts and parents can use the extensive waterfront for swimming, boating and fishing, or head out to the Archery and BB ranges. Or, they may choose to try their hand at crafts, enjoy a nature hike, or participate in one of the many special events offered each weekend. And, no camping experience is complete without the spirit-filled campfire held each Saturday evening. Campers sleep on cots within raised tents on wooden platforms (tens & cots are provided). This is a great way to learn what camping is like at Camp Carpenter. Cub World Akela Camp Fees
